We had an unknown leak into our ground floor laundry, Nick was able to trace this to the toilet above this and the leak to the toil seals.  On removing the pan he discovered the seal had perished and was able to source and fit replacements thus resolving the problem.  His work was fast, reasonable in price and very well done and I would strong endorse his work and services.  Nick was slated as a hero by my wife and I got a measure of reflected glory.
